Phone arrived in perfect condition!  If it had not been in a plain box I would have sworn it was brand new.  I gave this as a Christmas gift and my grandson was thrilled.  I would definitely order from this seller again.

Wonderful phone!

Galaxy S9 Plus is a regular phone that dose what's expected. The calendar and reminder layout could use some tweeking. First time having a Samsung phone. I don't care for the competition between the Samsung and Google app store. Front facing picture quality is average. Rear camera is pretty good at capturing details. Video recording is probably the S9 Plus best feature. Not a fan of the haphazard multi screen. Over all great phone. At this time it's already considered an older model phone, but it still does the job.

I love my new phone. It works great. I haven't had any problems since I've been using my new phone. I needed a new phone bad. I will never buy another phone out of a phone store. You can't even tell the phone is refurbished
I've no scratches or scuffs. It came in the time frame it said. It's fully unlocked. I'm so happy to have a good working phone. I'll order from this sender again.

This was meant to be unlocked, but it was locked to Sprint. Walmart refunded me, but still wasn't super happy since I needed a phone. Just be careful and mindful that it may not come unlocked.
