    I have 2 questions

    1st - is shipping tracked ?
    2nd - if i want to apply warranty on this product, when you saying i need to send it to China (I live in a czech republic) how does it work ? do i need to send it to china via local post office, or you order a courier which takes to product to one of your europe storehouse and from there it goes to china ? Because seding the product from europe - czech republic to china will be lots of hassle.
