very great phone to have been used love it

I have no complaints at all. I have had 0 problems.  It's a great phone. I still use it. It was well worth the price. It is refurbished so it had a couple of very light scratches on the back side but I covered it up with a case. I love my phone. It works perfectly. I will be buying my next phone from this place too.

Looks like new! Beautiful screen, good battery.

So far ive only checked it to make sure that it's working as it is a gift. In good shape cosmetically, crack over the camera lens, but it does not affect photo taking. Charges well. Will update if there is a problem getting it working.

while I am pleased at how quickly I received the phone and it is a great phone with very minor wear, there were instantly issues. First I'm still not convinced this phone is a locked T-Mobile device, there were no T-Mobile apps installed, it doesn't say T-Mobile when turned on and my T-Mobile account doesn't recognize the phone which is a huge issue for me. Second the speaker has a terrible crackling sound so now after all the work to put all my husbands information into this father's day gift I'm going to have to return and/or exchange for a new one which just really sucks! All in all I'm extremely disappointed.

Walmart themselves done a good job. Checkout was easy and even received early. The company that Walmart used to provide the item is another story... Phone came in not unlocked. Perhaps they done something to it to clean the appearance up but the software nor the firmware was flashed. When I tried to contact them for resolution they had no record of even shipping the item. I will install oden and take care of it myself. I hope that Walmart does not continue business with this company in the future.
