So far so good. I purchased to upgrade the camera portion of my phone. It's a bit slimmer than the XR so that's a tad bit of disappointment because I have to purchase a new case for my phone. But otherwise good upgrade. Phone came in good shape, easy data/photo transfer.

iPhone 12

My previous phones never lasted through a day without charging, what a relief and difference!  The upgraded phone also has a great camera and other spiffy features.

Walmart takes care of me, and all my family needs.

I upgraded from an IPhone 8 Plus and I love it. I'm still adjusting to the size and weight difference but overall I'm happy with it. Very affordable and fast.

Good upgrade without paying an arm and a leg

It would have been nice to have a instruction book to set the phone up. Once you get past that the phone it's self is easy to use. I would definitely purchase again .

Easy to use

After having the iPhone 12 for two days it went into a loop and needed to be restored. It failed every time I tried to restore it. I ended up taking it back to the store.

Fedex stole my iphone! Walmart was no help! Fedex and walmart dont mix especially with me! Im done with them both! Simply TRASH! Scamming companies!

Walmart is trash

Bought this phone thinking it was through Verizon prepaid. However, when I went to activate it through my plan, the phone was not compatible and is a different carrier. Buyer beware! Total by Verizon and Verizon wirelesses Prepaid are different carriers

well i received an empty box from fed ex days the box was listed as 3 pounds pretty sure fed ex stole my phones. so when i call wal mart i wait 2 hours to find out i half to wait 2 days to file a claim, not good business and not good customer service,,,

This is not a Verizon prepaid phone. Paid $300 to the Total by Verizon to unlock it and they didnt unlock it. Cant return it nor can we get the moneybwe paid to have it unlocked back.
